My passion for helping people overcome illness and chronic health problems started when caring for my sick mom as a small child. Since then, I’ve helped thousands of people look beyond the limits of their health challenges to work with and trust their body’s natural ability to heal. Besides individual counseling and treatments, I’ve taught Ayurveda and natural healing methods at medical schools, yoga teacher training and healing centers.
Before earning a Masters degree from the Florida Vedic College in 2002, I studied extensively in the United States and Asia, earning certifications in Ayurveda, Women’s Health, Fertility Awareness, Western Herbs, Vibrational Medicine and Aromatherapy. I’m blessed to continue deep study and commitment to Shaka Vansya Ayurveda since beginning with Vaidya Mishra in 2007.
My specialties include women’s health, emotional well-being, Detox programs, SVA diet and protocol, Vibrational Medicine and cooking classes. I have a strong dedication to community projects including a history working with young women, PTSD in Women Vets and cancer patients. Seasonal Panchakarma and traditional treatments are also available.
I’m not only a SVA practitioner, but also a SVA patient, Vaidya Mishra is helping me overcome severe mercury poisoning, effects including nerve damage, chronic fatigue, blindness and memory loss.
